How do you ensure the drinks arrive safely?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced packaging specifically built to protect glass bottles and cans during transit, ensuring your drinks arrive in perfect condition.
What is the shelf life of the non-alcoholic spirits and beers?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Once opened, non-alcoholic spirits should generally be consumed within 12 weeks, while beers and wines are best enjoyed immediately.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-working-day delivery within the mainland UK.
Are these drinks suitable for pregnant women or those with medical conditions?
While our drinks are classified as non-alcoholic or low-alcohol (0.5% ABV or less), we always recommend consulting with your doctor if you have specific health concerns or dietary restrictions.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and items and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Do you provide tracking information for shipments?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
